(image source: piperlime) The fashion retailer Vince Holdings is scheduled to debut today on the NYSE under the ticker “VNCE” at price of $20 a share. Vince is a luxury high fashion brand, which owned by the private equity firm Sun Capital Partners. The public offering will raise about $200 million and the company will be valued at $726 million. According to the IPO filling, sales were up 27 percent with revenues of $114.7 million for the last six month ended August 3rd. With high fashion luxury retailers such as Michael Kors Holdings Ltd (NYSE:KORS) outperforming the S&P 500, Vince might follow in the same direction. As a result of strong demand for the offering, the IPO price was listed $1 above the expected price range. Investors love luxury retailers at the moment.
